The Manor farm SanGiovanni sets its lovely roots in Versano, not far from Teano (CE) and it was built in the XVII century as stately home, owned by the family for over three generations.

Surrounded by a huge growing of hazels, olive and almond trees, the estate borders also with a wonderful oaks and chestnut trees wood, keeping intact though the capacity of enjoying the pleasure of a simple yet extraordinarily aristocratic rustic life.

The farm offers old-fashion settings for all those that truly want to taste relaxation and comforts made of simplicity and surely in contact with nature.

The great farm yard that you’ll find as soon as you enter the property is the place where life was beated by the Seasons of the year; within the estate you can surely relax and rest in the various areas of the garden, starting from the portico completely surrounded by roses and wisteria to the “relax area” under the great oak, all nicely equipped for you. Of course you can also visit our lovely vegetable plot!

The structure of the estate has kept its identity intact, made of bluntness and simplicity; the rooms available, completely immersed in the plein air, have an outstanding view on the property.
